Specialist top-down demolition

Specialized demolition is the removal of structures, materials, or specific components using advanced techniques and equipment. Traditional demolition focuses on speed and force, specialized demolition prioritizes precision, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Strip outs

A strip out is often carried out when the outside of the building is to remain the same but the inside needs modifications. The process is to remove all fixtures and fittings from the property in preparation for a renovation or demolition.

Façade retention

Façade retention is a temporary works solution to maintain the façade of the building in situ, whilst the internal structure is remodelled as required to suit the scheme. It can also be required to support adjoining party walls when neighbouring structures need to be preserved.

Asbestos removal

All types of asbestos , non-notifiable and notifiable we can remove from site.

Temporary works

Temporary works can include but are not limited to scaffolding – used to create a temporary structure that is used to provide access to work at height; or hoardings – which are temporary barriers or fencing used to enclose a demolition site and to protect the public. Back propping floors, façade retention also.
